本讲座将介绍其在蛋白质科学方面一种新的应用----高通量快速筛选蛋白质的可溶性表达条件，为进一步的生物化学、结构学研究打下基础。<br>

工作流程：<br>
1、运用C端融合表达二氢叶酸还原酶(DHFR)的载体系统高通量的筛选具有正确读码框的随机PCR克隆质粒<br>
2、运用分段式的GFP荧光活性筛选系统快速分选出细胞内有目标蛋白可溶性表达的克隆<br>
3、运用体外荧光筛选技术区分出可溶性蛋白表达量的高低。</span></span><br>
