鲁抗舍里乐高新区分公司组织员工进行户外拓展训练

9月16—17日，舍里乐高新区分公司52名员工汇集济南南山拓展培训基地，进行了为期两天的封闭式拓展训练。
全体参训人员被分成四个队，各队分别取名为“先锋队”、“精英队”、“闪电队”、“礼仪之邦队”。在两天的拓展训练中，参训人员积极配合、团结一致，充分体验了“团队建设”、“挑战五分钟”、“空中断桥”、“穿越电网”、“高空速降”、“不明之旅”、“CS真人枪战”及最后体现集体智慧的“驿站传书”等一系列拓展项目带来的惊险和感悟。面对每一个艰巨任务的挑战，参训队员们相互激励，相互融合，培养了团队成员之间紧密合作的团队精神，也增强了各员工之间的理解和信任。
两天的拓展训练是结束了，留在心灵的震撼却是永恒的。体验下的感悟，将会伴随着大家的一生，成为我们宝贵的精神财富！
