　　（一）项目建设背景：榆树市座落在世界著名的黄金玉米带上，是全国重点商品粮生产的基地。充分利用玉米资源优势，采用国内外先进工艺、技术和设备，生产玉米蛋白肽，使榆树玉米的资源优势变为经济优势是可行的。

　　（二）建设规模与产品方案：年产玉米蛋白肽8000吨。其中：饲料级蛋白肽5000吨，食品级玉米蛋白肽2000吨，医药级蛋白肽1000吨。

　　（三）市场分析及经济效益预测：项目利用微生物发酵法将不易被人体利用的玉米蛋白转化成玉米蛋白肽，在医药领域、食品行业、饲料行业都有着极其广泛的应用。项目年实现销售收入77560万元，利润5550万元,税金6583万元。

　　（四）项目总投资：38822万元。其中，建设投资35246万元，流动资金3576万元

　　1.Project Background：Yushu City locates on the world famous golden corn belt and is an important base of commodity grain production. It is feasible to produce corn zein by adopting the advanced arts and crafts, technology and equipments at home and abroad and change the resourceful advantage of corn to economic advantage.

　　2.Construction Scale and Product Plan：The annual output of zein peptide is 8,000 tons. They are：zein of feed grade is 5,000 tons, zein of food grade is 2,000 tons, zein of medicine grade is 1,000 tons.

　　3.Market Analysis ana Economic Benefit Forecast：The project has changed zein which is not digestible by human body into zein peptide by microbe zymotechnics and it has extensive application in medicine field, food industry and feed industry. The annual sales revenue of the project is 775,600,000 Yuan and the profit is 55,500,000 Yuan and the tax payment is 65,830,000 Yuan.
