岗位职责、工作环境及福利待遇
Assists in the set-up of microbiological quality systems for testing and monitoring of:   water systems, clean air systems, controlled areas,  environmental monitoring of clean room areas, all microbiology lab systems to include equipment calibration, media testing, etc.
Can provide technical support for continuous improvements in operations by involvement in standard operating procedures and change control systems
Interfaces with manufacturing personnel to ensure that the microbiology needs of the facility and manufacturing operations are met
Ability to initiate investigations of any non-conformance / out-of-specification results, determines impact on product and / or facility, and ensures timely resolution  
相关经验及技能要求
性别不限，微生物学专业，硕士研究生学历，生化专业英语熟练，能用英语口语交流，英语六级以上，有发酵经验、从事过苯丙氨酸研究者优先,待遇面议.或Bachelor's degree in microbiology preferred; Biology or related field required; any genetics experience a plus.
Minimum of 5+ years experience required in industry with 2+ years in aseptic operations
Understands cGMP and other regulatory standards
Excellent communication documentation and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to work in a team environment
