Now we are striving for the biggest biological gum producing base in China through 2-3 more years' unremitting efforts.

JOB Chance: Process Engineer-Fermentation ,
Location:Rizhao City,Shandong Province,PRC
Report to Technical Operation Manager
Principal Responsiblites:

1.Meet Profit Plan goals for volume, cost, and quality . Represent production in crossfunctional product launch teams. Provide support required to meet plan objectives for other products

2.Implement capital projects f meet process and Marketing requirements within approved budgets and on time. Identify and participate in design of fermentor and utility improvements required to support production in the plant.Minimize the impact of these projects on Xanthan production.Meet goals for safety and environmental compliance.

3.Provide guidance to Engineering and R&D on projects to be implemented in Production

4.Support Marketing of developmental product lines by ensuring that manufacturing meets customer requirements for designated products.Lead process improvement/cost reduction fermentation team

5. Minimize downtime while implementing needed capital projects.Complete work with no recordable injuries, no reportable environmental incidents, and no major GMP violations.

6.Provide training and guidance for Operators, Mechanics, Supervisors, and Engineers necessary for the efficient operation of product processes.Support cross-functional Fermentation Support and First Pass Success Rate teams.

Job Requirement:
BS above in Biochemical Eng, Microbiology or related field ,Requires special knowledge in the areas of fermentation science, chemical engineering, process control, and statistics.

Have a good command of Spoken English and Written English,

Working experience in MNCs prefered.
