职位描述  
Reporting to Process Engineering Manager   
-minimize product costs by improving the quality and quantity of biogum products.   
-Identify and minimize sources of process variation and then implement strategies for process ptimization.   
-Coordinate the transfer and scale-up of designated new products and processes from Research and development to Production.   
-Provide design review, cost analysis, and construction oversight for specified capital projects.
  
  
Education and Experience Combination(s) Required:  BS in Biochemical Eng, Microbiology or related field and 5+ years experience in mfg fermentation environment. Requires special knowledge in the areas of fermentation science, chemical engineering, process control, and statistics.  
      
     Minimum Skills Required:  Strong organizational, communications, and leadership skills are required.  Must be able to work effectively with individuals at all levels within CP Kelco.
     Fluent in written and spoken English
