Report to
General Manager of Shenyang

Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for the overall project management in NZBSY-from the conceptual design to the completion of the project which includes Finance, Safety, Environment and Quality. Also this incumbent should have experience of managing fermentation plant including the downstream processes utilized to produce microbial intermediates (concentrates).

Requirements
Minimum of BS in Chemical, Biochemical, or Bioprocess Engineering required, MS or PhD preferred.
Minimum five years production and project experience in positions of increasing responsibility in a fermentation manufacturing environment. Must possess process engineering and operations management experience.
Excellent, demonstrated management and leadership skills and talents
Bacterial fermentation experience is preferred Good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, internally and externally
Professional AutoCAD skill, familiar with spreadsheet and database will be preferred. Computer literate with proficiency in AutoCad, spreadsheet and database computer programs desirable
Strong team work spirit

要求:
微生物、生物化学或相关专业大学本科以上学历
五年以上发酵车间管理经验,同时具有项目管理经验
具有很强的管理及领导能力
具有很强的团队合用精神
英语达到六级以上水平,能够用英语进行交流沟通
能够熟练运用办公软件及Auto CAD
